The sodium bentonite is very important in the building industry for its ability to absorb water expanding up to 12-16 times compared to its dry volume, which makes it ideal for producing waterstop, sheets, panels, rolls and shaped self-sealants, for waterproofing of masonry or concrete walls against ground.

Bentonet
Preformed square-mesh steel cage, trapezoidal in shape and open on one side, designed to facilitate the correct positioning of Clayseal 25.20 sodium bentonite waterstops and prevent them from shifting from their intended position, especially in complex situations or on surfaces that have not been perfectly prepared. Once the joint has been installed, Bentonet must be fixed to the concrete substrate using steel nails and washers at 20–25 cm intervals.

Silane-modified polymer adhesive with sealing properties and permanently elastic performance, specifically designed for bonding seals, joints and waterstops, both bentonite waterstops (such as Clayseal 25.20 and/or Clayseal 25.20 SW) and hydrophilic rubber waterstops (such as Sealgum 20.05), in waterproofing applications for construction joints. The adhesive replaces the more traditional method of securing these watertight systems, which involves nailing.
Proseal Fix
